• Individuals transitioning from unstable or temporary housing
• Adults managing mental health challenges while maintaining independence
• Individuals referred by agencies, case managers, probation/parole, or other professionals
All participants are screened to ensure readiness, safety, and compatibility with our structured shared living environment.
Eligibility Requirements
To ensure a safe, stable, and supportive environment for all participants in our independent living program, applicants must meet the following criteria: ✔ Basic Eligibility ✔ Be 18 years of age or older ✔ Be willing to live in a structured shared housing for adults setting ✔ Commit to maintaining a Drug & Alcohol Free lifestyle ✔ Demonstrate ability to follow program guidelines and expectations ✔ Maintain respectful, non-violent behavior toward others ✔ Be able to manage personal daily living activities independently ✔ Have a source of income ✔ Participate in required check-ins and program meetings ✔ Provide valid identification and complete intake documentation ✔ Agree to maintain the cleanliness of personal and shared spaces ✔ Be medically and psychiatrically stable enough for independent living (no 24-hour supervision required) ✔ Individuals on probation/parole must be compliant with supervision requirements ✔ Must be approved through the program intake and screening process ✔ Must be stable enough to function in a shared living environment ✔ Able to follow house expectations and maintain safety for self and others ✔ Admission to our supportive housing program is based on screening, availability, and overall fit with the program.
